Vester Villalon

EVENT: Weightlifting Men's 73kg

Birmingham 2022 was the second Commonwealth Games for Vester Villalon.

Villalon competes in the men's under 69kg weight category and has a personal best of 128kg in the snatch and 160 clean and jerk.

Born and raised in Christchurch, he moved to Auckland in 2015. He trains out of Functional Strength and is coached by Richard Wong.
