EVENT: Canoe Sprint - Women's K4
Paris 2024 will be Olivia Brett's first Olympic Games. She will be competing in the canoe sprint women's K4 500m alongside Dame Lisa Carrington, Alicia Hoskin, and Tara Vaughan.
Brett has been racing with the team since 2021, with significant results including winning the World Championships in 2023 and two World Cup podium finishes.
Olivia was born and raised in Christchurch before moving to Auckland in 2021. She is coached by Gordon Walker with the assistance of Chris Mehak.
A passion for Olivia outside of kayaking is special education and trying to raise awareness around neurodivergent minds. She also loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
