Kayla Goodwin

Hamilton track and field athlete Kayla Goodwin will compete in both long jump and hurdles in the Bahamas.

The Fairfield Club member has prior international experience, representing New Zealand last year at the Polynesian Under 18 Championships in Tahiti where she won gold in triple jump, silver in long jump and bronze in high jump.

Kayla was awarded one of four prestigious Nick Willis scholarships at the North Island Colgate Games in 2016.

She will be 16 at Games time.
