Age at Games: 17 years old
High School: Diocesan School for Girls, Auckland
Ethnicity: NZ European
Career highlight: Winning the NZ overall Junior Champion Cup in slalom for 2019
How did you get into your sport: My family are all keen skiers and we would spend the school holidays at Mt Ruapehu when I was very young. My two older sisters had already discovered ski racing and I was keen to follow in their footsteps. When I was 11 years old my parents signed me up for a ‘learn to race' holiday programme with the Queenstown Alpine Ski Team and I have never looked back!
What do you love about the sport: Everything! Ski racing is the most exciting sport I know, the thrill of racing down a mountain is hard to beat. You spend your days with amazing and inspirational people and get to visit beautiful places all over the world.
