Joshua Blackie

Josh is regarded as one of the game's most outstanding openside flankers and an accomplished Sevens and fifteens player. In 2005 he was a key member of the New Zealand squad at the IRB Sevens Rugby World Cup in Hong Kong. He scored seven tries at that tournament, just one behind the three top try-scorers. He represents the Highlanders in the Rebel Sport Super 14 and provincial side Otago for whom he has played 62 games.
