PARIS 2024 EVENTS: Cycling-Track: Men's Team Pursuit, Madison, Omnium

Stewart is one of the sport's most exciting riders since emerging from a stellar college career on the road and track. He is a four-time Junior World Champion – the most successful for a New Zealand rider – over two years in 2015 and 2016.

In his first year in the elite ranks at 20, Campbell won the rainbow jersey in the Omnium at Poland in 2019. He won silver medals at the World Championships in Berlin in the Team Pursuit and with Aaron Gate in the Madison as well as two silver medals in the Points Race and Scratch Race at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018 and added a gold and silver at Birmingham 2022.

He came in overnight for the injured Aaron Gate for the Omnium at the Tokyo Olympics, producing a remarkable Points Race to move from seventh to win the silver medal. He moved to WorldTour BikeExchange-Jayco team in 2022 to current with one victory and ride in the Giro in 2023 where he grabbed a top-10 stage finish.
